Farmers Market Sales Reps for Williamsburg, Southside (Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach)
Laid back, yet excellence driven, have fun slinging flavor while having pride in your part time hustle!
Saturdays and some Sunday mornings available. 7am to 1pm on average, some events are longer, or take place later in the day depending on your area coverage. Additional hours may be available outside of market for prep or marketing.
Starting pay for sales days is $15/hour and 5% Commission on company NET sales. Our current team makes between $18 to $23 an hour, so the more we make the more you do too!
4 door Vehicle or means to transport entire market setup required for most events.
Must have a smart phone or means to use Square app POS system.
Must be able to break down and setup in a timely manner on your own, and maintain company sales standards throughout the day. Basically be nice, draw people in, and exchange food stories with flavor loving people.
Some adaptability and problems solving may be required as events or markets operate differently and weather plays a large factor.
Must be on time, late arrivals can end in set-up denial.
Communication and weekly inventory after market, done through Google Drive.

Gain sales. marketing, and business experience working with local entrepreneurs.
Full time positions and culinary work hours available as well.
