Pros: He definitely knew what he was talking about! No attendance policy, quizzes, or homework. This class is super easy if you actually go to class. Some of the stuff is common sense, but it helps tremendously to go to class, since all but 5 of his test questions come from the lecture. He makes the material very interesting. He'll usually play video clips and you can tell he's passionate about what he teaches.
Cons: 5 questions on each test come only from the book, so I would read it the book.

Pretty good class. I took the equivalent class in high school although I didn't get college credit but it's not that hard. Study your notes review the book and you should be fine.

Very easy class. Test questions come from primarily from his powerpoints and a few from the textbook. Gives points on every test.

Pros: nice guy, passionate about psychology.
Cons: notes are online so you have to go to class. If you have bad test grades there's no hope in getting a good grade in the class.

Pros: Dr. Mac is great. He's very helpful and has plenty of good advice to get you research project started in a great direction.
Cons: There is a lot of work for this class, but you have to expect that in an upper level research class.
The first half of the semester was mostly reading articles and writing a small reflection for each. The tests were strictly over the articles and topics discussed in class, but he allowed a small cheat sheet so you could easily familiarize yourself with the article in question. If you read the articles (5-6 per test) you will have NO problem getting an A on the tests. Research project at the end of the semester is very straightforward and he is available to help the whole way.

Pros: No homework, no quizzes, no projects, and no attendance policy.
Cons: You have to go to class to get the notes because they aren't online. Also the PowerPoints aren't complete and you have to listen and take your own notes.

If you do poorly on the tests then there isn't really any opportunity to improve your grade.
